Basiago and Eisenhower reveal "Marsgate" and make case for "Alternative 4"

Independent Mars colony recruits Andrew D. Basiago and Laura Magdalene Eisenhower have confirmed the existence of a secret human survival colony on Mars in a joint appearance on Exopolitics Radio with Alfred Lambremont Webre.
Mr. Basiago, 48, a Cambridge-educated lawyer who practices law in Washington State, was a child participant in the DARPA time travel program Project Pegasus (1968-72) and later teleported to a U.S. base on Mars twice in 1981.Ms. Eisenhower, 36, the great-granddaughter of U.S. President Dwight D. Eisenhower, was the subject of a sophisticated attempt to recruit her into the secret Mars colony in 2006 that she broke free from after resisting its deeply rooted manipulations and chose to live out her destiny on Earth
They described how the secret Mars colony is funded by black budget military and intelligence sources as a survival mechanism for the human genome in the event that solar flares, nuclear war, or some other cataclysm ends human life on Earth.
In the wide-ranging, three-hour interview, Mr. Basiago termed the cover-up of the Mars colony “Marsgate” and called for a Congressional investigation of the U.S. presence on Mars, with its emphasis on military occupation rather than diplomatic engagement of the indigenous human society living in underground cities beneath the surface of Mars.
Ms. Eisenhower stated that “Alternative 3” – the notion that trillions of dollars of resources should be spent to protect human life by placing it on Mars – should give way to “Alternative 4,” a new public awakening to achieve a sustainable civilization on Earth.
Their historic, interactive exposé of Marsgate on Exopolitics Radio was based on direct personal experience. For Mr. Basiago, this consisted of the two trips that he took to Mars in 1981, when, at age 19, he walked on the surface of the Martian terrain after teleporting there from a CIA facility in El Segundo, California. For Ms. Eisenhower, this consisted of clandestine efforts that were made in 2006, when she was 33, to infiltrate her personal life and recruit her as a member of thesecret Mars colony. She was recruited for a mission that would travel to Mars and learned that a colony had been under development there for several decades. It wasn't until later that she found the connection between the mission and the colony, in very significant ways.
During the interview, the two emerging figures in the Disclosure Movement discussed their opposition to factors guiding the secret Mars colony. These include fear, secrecy, psychological manipulation of recruits, and the abuse of quantum access technologies and other covert methods to identify potential colonists. Mr. Basiago speculated that the Mars colony is being staffed by individuals who descend from specific Aryan bloodlines that contain a Martian genetic substrate and that do not represent the genetic diversity of the entire human race on Earth. Ms. Eisenhower, agreeing, also was exposed to and understood the archetypal aspects and significance of it. They suggested that this policy be reconsidered. In various venues, Mr. Basiago, Ms. Eisenhower, and this reporter have advocated a treaty between Earth and Mars society that would establish a Mars protectorate and normalize diplomatic recognition and immigration between the two planets.
Following the interview, Mr. Basiago and Ms. Eisenhower issued a joint statement about human survival colonies on other planets.
It is a positive thing for the human race to put survival colonies on other planets. Earth has been struck by many cataclysms in the past, and so we should protect the human genome by placing human settlements on other celestial bodies. Yet, when secrecy surrounding such projects tempts government to rob the free will of individuals, and excludes humanity from debating a subject that implicates the whole human future, and diverts the destiny of a planet to serve an off-planet agenda, the conscience of a free people requires that such projects be undertaken in the bright sunshine of public scrutiny, not within the dark corridors of the military-industrial complex.

Eyewitness evidence of the U.S. presence on Mars
With their joint disclosure, Mr. Basiago and Ms. Eisenhower – one a crusading lawyer, the other a member of one of America’s presidential families – joined a growing cadre of individuals who have stepped forward with eyewitness testimony that reveals the covert U.S. presence on Mars. These include Michael Relfe, who in two documented books describes his 20-year service (1976-1996) as a member of the U.S. armed forces staffing the secret Mars colony, and former DoD scientist Arthur Neumann, who has stated publicly that he has teleported to the secret Mars colony for project meetings.
1. Michael Relfe: Mars colony eyewitness Michael Relfe is a whistleblower and a former member of the U.S. armed forces who in 1976 was recruited as a permanent member of the secret Mars colony. In 1976 (Earth time), he teleported to the Mars colony and spent 20 years as a permanent member of its staff. In 1996 (Mars time), Mr. Relfe was time-traveled via teleportation and age-regressed 20 years, landing back at a U.S. military base in 1976 (Earth time). Mr. Relfe then served six years in the U.S. military on Earth before being honorably discharged in 1982.
In a two-volume book authored by his wife, Stephanie Relfe, B.Sc., The Mars Records, Mr. Relfe describes the two types of individuals at the secret Mars colony:
“To clarify: Remember there are two kinds of people that I remember.
“1. People visiting Mars temporarily (politicians, etc.) – They travel to and from Mars by jump gate. They visit for a few weeks and return. They are not time traveled back. They are VIP's. They are OFF LIMITS!!
“2. Permanent staff – They spend 20 years’ duty cycle. At the end of their duty cycle, they are age reversed and time shot back to their space-time origin point. They are sent back with memories blocked. They are sent back to complete their destiny on Earth.” (Vol. 2, p. 204)
Michael Relfe also discusses the presence and functions of Reptilian and Grey extraterrestrials at the secret Mars colony.
“EL: What about the Reptilians?
Michael Relfe: Yes. They are racially related (Draconians, Reptilians, Grays.)
EL: Do any Grays and Reptilians live on the Mars Base?
Michael Relfe: Yes, some are stationed there. I remember the Grays as doctors or technicians. I believe the Reptilians stay camouflaged (cloaked) most of the time. They prefer to appear human because they are naturally fierce-looking.” (Vol. 2, page 205)

Andrew D. Basiago visited Mars colony twice in 1981
2. Mars colony eyewitness Andrew D. Basiago is a whistleblower and a former child participant (1968-72) in the secret U.S. Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) time-space research and development program called Project Pegasus that involved gifted American school children in time travel. As a result of having teleported in Project Pegasus, Mr. Basiago was approached by CIA agent Courtney M. Hunt in 1981 and invited to visit Mars. When Mr. Basiago asked Mr. Hunt why it was necessary for him to teleport to Mars, Mr. Hunt replied, cryptically, “Because the survival of the human race depends upon it.”
Mr. Basiago states that he was first teleported to Mars in July 1981 from a CIA facility in El Segundo, California. He went via “jump room” and after arriving at an underground U.S. base spent about an hour on the Martian surface. The second visit was made in August 1981 in the company of Mr. Hunt. Mr. Basiago describes how on the second trip, he and Mr. Hunt went for a quarter-mile walk on the desert-like terrain of Mars to visit one of the early Martian colonists, probably a CIA employee, living in a rudimentary stone cottage. The colonist related how several of his fellow colonists had been lost to predators on the Martian surface, like the Martian land-based plesiosaur.
The testimony of Andrew D. Basiago as to intelligent Martian life both on and under the surface of Mars, it seems to me, is highly credible. I have had the opportunity to interview, question and cross-examine Mr. Basiago closely over all aspects of his accounts regarding Project Pegasus and Mars since the year 2000. I have found his verbal and written accounts to be consistent and verified by available witness and documentary evidence, including written versions of his evidence that he has made available to me. As an attorney (a member of the District of Columbia bar) myself, I have found Mr. Basiago, who is a lawyer and graduate of UCLA and Cambridge universities, to be extremely conscientious in the execution of his duties as an officer of the court and a member of the bar of the State of Washington. He consistently tells the truth – even punctiliously so – and is a conscientious reporter of his experiences.
There are credible, corroborating academic, scientific, and U.S. intelligence witnesses to Mr. Basiago’s participation in Project Pegasus. His account of life forms that he encountered on the Martian surface, including human-animal hybrids and plesiosaur-like creatures, is supported by images of such creatures that Mr. Basiago has identified in photographs from the surface of Mars taken by NASA’s Mars Exploration Rover Spirit in the last several years and presented in over 60 writings that he has published at the website of the group that he founded, the Mars Anomaly Research Society (MARS).
3. Laura Magdalene Eisenhower – Ms. Eisenhower is a survivor of an attempted recruitment into the secret Mars colony in 2006-7. She has documented her identity as great-granddaughter of President Dwight D. Eisenhower through her birth certificate and driver’s license. In 2007, her significant other and male partner, known as “Agent X,” broke down, took “apart all of the equipment (cell phones, computer batteries)” in their room, and admitted that he had been briefed and tasked by his associates to meet her at a cultural fair in a romantic guise with the true intent of recruiting her because of her social identity as an Eisenhower and spiritual identity as a divine feminine “Sophia.” Agent X’s associates may have used time travel or looking glass technology to pre-identify Ms. Eisenhower as a target for recruitment into the secret Mars colony.
Ms. Eisenhower writes:
“I only have my reaction in an email draft form, after he told me he was sent, nine months after knowing him. Here I am asking questions about why this would be so. I spoke to him in person about it and that is when I found out many things relating to my children and me. Here is a little excerpt from the email that was never sent...
“2007 - How did you know I was going to be at the gathering. I was the one who came and sat next to you? Did you then clue into the fact that I was who you were looking for? Did you have a description? Was finding me related to Magdalene or Eisenhower? Are the people who want you to do missions aware of our connection? Who is trying to harm us? I have a hard time believing you knew all of this upon meeting me, it makes more sense that you would of found out after the fact..."
The surface corporate public infrastructure for the attempted recruitment of Ms. Eisenhower into a Mars colony project has been identified through “(1) A variety of technical documents relating to warp drive, plasma focus fusion, history of remote viewing and intelligence, the space industry and a new alternative fuel company; (2) A collection of emails describing 'Fleet EXODUS and Fleet DISCOVERY,' and that the project be kept highly confidential, especially from ET disclosure/Philadelphia project groups."
Ms. Eisenhower has written a statement which sets out her views on the Mars colony. She says, “A little more of the background about this mission and how it is possible that it is connected to Sophia is described below in this quote taken from old emails in 2007 with Agent X.”
Ms. Eisenhower continues: “Something he calls the 'Patrons' communicated to Agent X about this mission. The word around the circle of people he knows – is that there are disturbances in the field and we need to be out of here in five years. He told me [and my associate] about the ships. The excerpt below is from an actual email that I have saved on file. He wrote this after she expressed interest about some projects in which he wanted her funding and planning assistance. She and I at the time were working on Earth mission projects both together and independently.”
In one email that Agent X sent to Ms. Eisenhower’s associate, he states, “Laura obviously has told you about our plans for an Exodus. The first Ark will be named Sophia. She will carry several hundred individuals to another planet, with eleven ships for escort and exploration. We have five and a half years to develop the Exodus fleet. To me the most telling song beyond what my 'Patrons' have told me is that the Looking Glass Project has never ever been able to look into the future beyond 2012."
Although Agent X has publicly written a statement denying what the above documentation clearly shows, at least one close former female companion of Agent X has written to confirm that public misogyny is part of Agent X’s modus operandi. Ms. Eisenhower has chosen not to share the email, even though he publicly smeared her character.
This reporter has confirmed that Laura Magdalene Eisenhower is, in fact, who she says she is, the great-granddaughter of President Eisenhower, contrary to false claims circulating about that subject on certain Internet blogs. The documents, document references, and emails made available to this reporter by Ms. Eisenhower and her associate appear to be genuine documents that are what they purport to be. In public interviews and private discussions with Ms. Eisenhower, she has sought one value above all others – commitment to the truth. This commitment to the truth is what appears to have enabled Ms. Eisenhower to uncover the covert aspects of her attempted Mars colony recruitment, including its covert pre-targeting of her persona.
4. Arthur Neumann - Mars colony eyewitness Arthur Neumann is a whistleblower who as a Project Camelot witness referred to himself as Henry Deacon and was formerly associated with a U.S. government agency. On July 25, 2009, at the European Exopolitics Congress in Barcelona, Mr. Neumann stated publicly, “There is life on Mars. There are bases on Mars. I have been there.” The following day, Mr. Neumann participated in Futuretalk, a Project Camelot documentary interview, in which he provided details of his teleporting to a permanent Mars colony, and participating in a one-hour project meeting, which was also attended by representatives of an intelligent civilization that lives in cities under the surface of Mars. The July 26, 2009 Futuretalk interview during which Mr. Neumann spoke about the details of his teleportation to Mars for a one-hour project meeting attended by Martian humanoids at the secret Mars colony, was conducted by Bill Ryan and Kerry Cassidy of Project Camelot, with the participation of Robert Dean and Alfred Lambremont Webre.
Mr. Neumann’s verification of the existence of bases on Mars, and of having personally been to Mars, occurred at the end of Command Sgt. Major (USAF retired) Robert Dean’s presentation at the European Exopolitics Summit. During his presentation, Robert Dean showed satellite images of an apparent city under the surface of Mars, as well as an apparent base on the surface of Mars.
This reporter has examined former DoD scientist Neumann’s official U.S. passport as a former U.S. DoD scientist and his National Security Agency retirement pamphlets, and has questioned him about his teleportation experience to Mars and project meeting with Martian humanoids on Mars. Mr. Neumann is an independent whistleblower who has made his account – of teleporting to Mars and meeting Martian extraterrestrials in a DoD-related project meeting on Mars – public at great personal cost. He is a highly gifted and intelligent scientist, and in my questioning of him and his account, I found him to be honest and concluded that he is being truthful about his experiences and that it is reasonable to conclude that his account of his experiences on Mars is genuine.
Alternative 4 and the positive time line
Alternative 3 is the title of a motion picture that was to have premiered on April 1, 1977 in the United Kingdom. It later played only once in June 1977. In the motion picture, “It was claimed that scientists had determined that the Earth's surface would be unable to support life for much longer, due to pollution leading to catastrophic climate change. It was proposed that there were three alternatives to this problem: the first involved the detonation of nuclear bombs in the stratosphere in order to allow the pollution to escape. The second alternative was the construction of an elaborate underground city, a solution reminiscent of the finale of Dr. Strangelove [as in Deep Underground Military Bases or DUMBs]. The third alternative, the so-called "Alternative 3," was to populate Mars via a way station on the Moon.”
In their interview with Alfred Lambremont Webre, Mr. Basiago and Ms. Eisenhower discussed how a perceived need to escape solar system cataclysm or nuclear war while preserving the human genome is a factor driving the secret Mars colony. Underlying themes of Earth cataclysm and war seem to have led a breakaway military security apparatus to develop a plan to occupy Mars and the solar system covertly and through the manipulation of humanity’s free will. Although the 1977 British motion picture may have been a work of fiction or even a hoax, by the evidence, the Alternative 3 film appears to be referring to a real secret Mars colony. Mr. Relfe indicates that he first arrived at the Mars colony in 1976 and Mr. Basiago states that he teleported to Mars in 1981, only four years after Alternative 3 was to have been released to the public.
Alternative 4
In the interview on Exopolitics Radio with Alfred Lambremont Webre, Ms. Eisenhower introduced the theme of “Alternative 4.” This denotes a new dimension of human consciousness, one that breaks away from the dualistic reality of the permanent war economy. That economy’s ultimate expression seems to be a planet Earth destroyed by environmental pollution or war, solar or other natural catastrophe; meanwhile, a secret escape colony is prepared for a pre-selected sample of the human genome.
According to Ms. Eisenhower, “Alternative 4” means exposing Marsgate and the “Alternative 3” mentality that has led to the present cul-de-sac for humanity – an intentional living hell on Earth. Alternative 4 means embracing a new, positive time line, in which Earth and humanity do not face cataclysm at pre-determined dates like 2012 (a Mayan calendar meme date) or 2442 (a secret Masonic meme date of 1776 + 666).
‘How I Empower the Positive Timeline’
Ms. Eisenhower writes: “I have endless thoughts and ideas, action plans and solutions and can link our ancient history, wisdom, divine blueprints and evolution into present time – knowing that a golden future is a result of us being able to harness our creative power and our highest potential through a deeper and more intimate knowledge of our roots and the hidden aspects of truth that are out there.
“I am aware of what it takes to reach our ultimate goals and protect the integrity of consciousness, and what is required of us to truly have freedom and justice in this world. I have access to technologies, plans and truths that can restore our planet and am connected to many who are already actively working on preventing Global Crisis and who are manifesting all the necessary change.
“I wish to draw attention to the things that are most important for our world right now and hope to steer our creative power into the causes, projects and understandings – that create the greatest shift both internally and externally.
“I have both practical, logical wisdom and a deep understanding of the esoteric, paranormal and mystical. With a wide range of interests and a vast education that was mostly self-taught, I am capable of uniting us and our missions and truly taking us on an adventure that captivates the soul, our deepest hopes and quest for answers. And I can help reunite us with what is most familiar and important for our awareness to grasp – as we transition into an age of Awakening...
“This is a false war – there are harmful technologies and we can stop these wars. We are all connected to the forces of nature and there are many who are doing work to stop this. This is why I am coming out. Regardless of this story, the positive timeline must be empowered and any potential deceits, inhumane use of technology or doom scenarios must be addressed and looked at closely. This is because the only doom we are in for is the potential that we might be controlled and led to believe in things that play on our weakness and vulnerability, when in fact we may have nothing to fear at all.
“There is a lot of work that is ahead of us as we dismantle the technologies, dissolve the poisons and break free of the games and lies. There are agreements between lower alien races and humans and because of this things have gotten out of control. Our universal allies must be recognized and we must mend the errors of the past through being the solution – rather than the product of their control and projections about our future.
“Many are blind to the manipulative agenda, including certain presidents. Anytime we act out of fear, we have dug ourselves deeper into the false matrix. When we act from wisdom and awareness of who we really are – we are agents of divine will, rather than part of the breeding doom scenarios that become a self-fulfilling prophecy, coupled with many forces that support that. We also need to guard against false second-comings and recognize that it is our divine blueprint that is becoming illuminated. We do not need to be rescued, just awakened.
“We have to fall back on our positive nature and higher selves to give our creative energy the fuel to break free. We can do this! We are the creators and dreamers. We can safely travel throughout space as well – with our freedom, divinity and spirit intact.”
Ms. Eisenhower quotes Caitlin Matthews: "Sophia is not a Goddess for women or men exclusively. She will give us a totality of wisdom, if we accept her for both the practical Earth wisdom of the Black Goddess and the transcendent cosmic wisdom of the World-Soul which are equally available to us."

1. Dincolo de curgerea timpului si de cugetarea zeilor, este Focul cel Viu si Vesnic, din care vin toate si prin care fiintează toate cele ce sunt. Totul si nimicul sunt suflarea Sa, golul si plinul sunt mâinile Sale, miscarea si nemiscarea sunt picioarele Sale, nicăieri si peste tot estemijlocul Său, iar chipul Său este lumina. Nimic nu este făptuit fără de lumină si tot ce vine din lumină prinde viată si ia făptură.
2. Precum fulgerul aduce lumina si din lumină tunetul si focul ce se revarsă , asa este si gândul omului, el trece în vorba omului si apoi în fapta sa. Deci, ia aminte la asta, căci până la focul ce arde trebuie să fie o lumină si un tunet. Lumina omului este gândul său si aceasta este averea sa cea mai de pret. Lumina prinde putere prin cuvânt, iar vointa omului aprinde focul prin care se făptuiesc toate cele ce sunt în jurul său.
3. Fii ca muntele cel semet si ridică a ta lumină mai presus de cele ce te înconjoară. Nu uita ca aceiasi pasi îi faci în vârful muntelui ca si în josul său, acelasi aer este sus ca si jos, la fel creste copacul în vârf de munte ca si în josul său, la fel luminează soarele piscul cel semet ca si pamântul cel neted.
4. Fii cumpătat ca pământul si nu vei duce lipsă de nimic. Creanga prea plină de rod este mai repede frântă de vânt, sământa prea adâncă nu răzbate si prea multă apă îi stinge suflarea.
5. Ia aminte la copacul cel falnic, cu cât este mai înalt, cu atât rădăcinile sale sunt mai adânci în pământ, căci din pământ îsi trage tăria, nu uita asta. Cu cât te ridici mai mult, cu atât trebuie să cobori mai mult, căci măsura ridicării este aceeasi cu măsura coborârii.
6. Puterea omului începe cu vorba nerostită, ea este asemeni semintei care încolteste, nici nu se vede când prinde suflare de viată. Lumina semintei este cea care o ridică, pământul este cel ce-i dă hrana, apa îi dă vigoarea, iar răbdarea o îmbracă cu tărie.
7. Priveste râul si ia aminte la învătătura sa. La început este doar un firicel de apă, dar creste tot mai mare, căci vine de la ce este mai mare, si lucrurile asa trebuiesc împlinite, prin firea lor. Asemenea este si gândul cel bun si drept rânduit, el îsi face loc printre pietre si stânci, nutine seama de nimic, îsi urmează drumul si nimic nu-i stă în cale. Apă cu apă se adună, iar împreună puterea este si mai mare.
8. Ia seama de taina aceasta si nu o uita, acel firicel de apă stie unde va ajunge, căci una este cu pământul si toate cele ce-i vin în cale nu îl pot opri până la sfârsit. Astfel să iei seama la gândul tău unde trebuie să ajungă si vei vedea că nimic nu stă în calea sa . Să-ti fie gândul limpede până la sfârsit; multe se vor ivi în calea sa, căci firea lucrurilor din jur este miscătoare asemeni apelor. Apă cu apă se întâlnesc, pământ cu pământ si munte cu munte.
9. Ia seama la gândul cel rău, fereste-te de el ca de fulger, lasă-l să se ducă precum a venit, căci te-ndeamnă la lucruri nefiresti. Fereste-te de vorbele desarte si de neadevăr; sunt ca pulberea câmpului ce-ti acoperă ochii, ca plasa păianjenului pentru mintea si sufletul tău. Elete îndeamnă la trufie, înselăciune, hotie si vărsare de sânge, iar roadele lor sunt rusinea, neputinta, sărăcia, boala, amărăciunea si moartea.
10. Nu judeca oamenii după greutatea lor, după puterea lor, după averea lor, după frumusetea lor sau după râvna lor, căci si unul si altul a lăsat din ceva pentru a creste în altceva. Cel bogat este sărac în liniste, cel tare este slab pentru altul si cel slab are tăria lui ascunsă. Cum firea lucrurilor este miscătoare, asemeni este si omul. Ce dă valoare unei unelte, trebuinta sau frumusetea ? Duce un om mai mult decât boul ? E mai bogat vreunul ca pământul ? Doar cunoasterea si întelepciunea îl ridică pe om peste dobitoace. Si degeaba ai cunoastere dacă ea nu este lămurită de vreme.
11. Fierul înrosit a fost rece si se va răci iarăsi; vasul a fost pământ si va fi iarăsi pământ; pământul ce-a fost sterp acum este pământ roditor si se va stârpi iarăsi peste vremi. Râvna omului face schimbătoare toate acestea. Dar râvna îi întoarce bucuria în tristete si linistea în neliniste. Fierul si focul ajută omul, dar îl si vatămă. Si aceeasi râvnă îl îndeamnă a merge pe cărări nestiute si nebătute de ceilalti dinaintea lui. Tot râvna îl îndeamnă la strângere de averi, la mărirea puterii si a se măsura cu altii. Fereste-te de a te măsura cu altul, căci trufia de aici se naste; ea te va coborî mai jos de dobitoace si te va despărŃi de fratele si de vlăstarul tău.
12. Neînteleptul este mânat de râvnă, dar înteleptul încalecă râvna. Neînteleptul suferă când râvna îl duce la pierdere si la cădere, dar înteleptul întotdeauna găseste câstigul în pierdere si înăltarea în cădere.
13. Trufia răceste iubirea inimii si o face în dusmănie si nu există dobitoc mai josnic decât omul care nu mai are iubire în inima sa. Căci iubirea este cea dintâi putere si chipul ei este lumina. Ia seama ca nu cumva gândul tău să se împresoare cu trufia , căci mai jos de dobitoace vei ajunge.
14. Gândul bun si vorba înŃeleaptă îti pot potoli necazul, îti pot răcori inima, dar nu te vindecă, pentru că omul suferă după cum trufia a crescut în el, căci suferinta este umbra trufiei.
15. Nu îti lega sufletul de nimic lumesc, de lucruri, de dobitoace, de argint sau aur, căci ele asa cum vin, asa pleacă. După orice zi vine si noaptea, si după iarnă vine primăvara, căci asa este rânduit si asa este firea lucrurilor. Toate cele ce se văd, se nasc, cresc si apoi se întorc de unde au plecat. Doar firea lucrurilor rămâne pururi, iar aceasta are nenumărate si nesfârsite ramuri, si asemenea izvoarelor mintii si sufletului tău, ele nu se arată la vedere. Căci o suflare si un foc fac să crească toate cele ce cresc – ierburi, copaci, dobitoace si oameni – si din aceeasi vatră vin si către aceeasi vatră se întorc, si vatra aceasta este pururea.
16. Precum copacul cel falnic creste lângă cel mic fără a-i face rău, asa să fiti între voi, cel mare să nu lovească pe cel mic si nici să-i amărască sufletul, căci va avea datorie mare de dat, la fel ca si hotul. Aruncă un lemn pe râu si mai multe vor veni din susul său către tine. Adu-i multumire semenului tău, adu-i lumină pe chip si în suflet, iar toate acestea le vei găsi mai târziu înflorite în inima ta.
17. Nu lua cu siluire si nici cu vorbe amăgitoare ceea ce nu este al tău, căci cel ce priveste prin ochii tăi este acelasi cu cel ce priveste prin ochii celuilalt. Ia seama la taina aceasta.
18. Nu grăbi nicio lucrare căci trasul de ramuri loveste înapoi. Fructul copt este usor de luat, cel necopt este greu de luat si gustul e neplăcut. Nu te grăbi deci să aduni ce este înainte de vreme, căci îti va amărî sufletul. Cum creste cadrul, asa creste si stinghia si cum creste roata asa creste si spita.
19. Rămâi mereu în răcoarea sufletului tău, dar dacă mânia se aprinde în tine, ia seama ca nu cumva să treacă de vorba ta. Mânia vine din teamă si nu a locuit dintru început în inima ta; dacă nu creste prin trufie, ea se intoarce de unde a plecat. Trufia închide poarta întelepciunii, iar cel trufas se pune singur lângă dobitoace. Întelepciunea este mai pretuită decât toate cele ce se văd cu ochii, ea este aurul mintii si sufletului tău si este rodul cunoasterii udată de vreme.
20. Nu-ti amărî sufletul când simti durerea si neputinta, ci mai degrabă caută să te folosesti de ele pentru îndreptare , căci în rod ai si sământa. Nu se poate ca o sămânŃă bună să dea rod rău. Lăcomia întotdeauna duce la pierdere, furtul întotdeauna duce la boală, gândurile sterpe întotdeauna duc spre rătăcire, mânia întotdeauna loveste înapoi, răutatea si neadevărul întotdeauna aduc neputinta , trufia întotdeauna aduce suferintă.
21. Mergi la izvor când sufletul ti-e aprins, scormoneste în apa limpede si asteaptă până ce devine iarăsi curată. Asa se va duce si aprinderea sufletului tău, precum tulburarea aceea.
22. Ia bine seama la taina semintei. Asemeni ei este gândul tău, si cum sământa nu se poate fără coajă, asa este si gândul cel rodnic al omului. Coaja gândului rodnic este vointa, iar fără vointă, gândul se usucă si nu foloseste la nimic. Dar puterea este în răbdarea semintei, iar vointa si răbdarea fac mlădita firavă să razbată pământul tare.
23. În vremea lucrului tău, înveseleste-ti inima la vederea lucrării tale înainte de terminarea ei, căci precum fructul îsi anuntă venirea cu o floare, tot asa fapta omului este văzută de cel cu mintea si simtirea limpede, înainte de a fi terminată.
24. Ia bine seama la cauza omului sărac, dar si la cauza omului grabnic avut, căci nici una nici alta nu sunt firesti. Omul sărac are multe gânduri desarte si le schimbă de la o zi la alta, vorbeste mult si lenea i-a învelit bratele si picioarele. Cel grabnic avut ori e hot si înselător, ori vede mai bine necazul altuia si caută a-l amăgi, de acolo îsi trage grabnica avutie.
25. Fii blând si răbdător cu cei de lângă tine, căci asa cum te porti tu cu ei, asa se poartă si altii cu tine, căci simtirea lui este la fel cu simtirea ta, din aceeasi suflare este si simtirea lui, iar lumina ce se vede prin ochii lui este din aceeasi lumină cu cea care se vede prin ochii tăi.
26. Unde este tăria omului acolo îi este si slăbiciunea , ceea ce-l ridică îl si coboară; rămâi în limpezimea mintii si simtirii tale si vei vedea toate acestea. Cel mic este deasupra celui mare, cel usor este deasupra celui greu, cel slab este deasupra celui tare, cel blând este deasupracelui aprig. Limpede să-ti fie mintea si simtirea, si ia seamă de toate acestea.
27. Tăria muntelui vine din răbdarea sa, din linistea sa, stânca îi este numai învelitoare. Dar tăria lui este încercată de vânt, de apa cea lină. Ia-ti puterea din răbdare si din liniste si foloseste-te de ea prin limpezimea gândului tău, căci nu tulburarea izvorului roade stânca, ci limpezimea sa.
28. Lucrarea făcută din teamă nu are viată lungă si tăria ei este asemeni unei revărsări de ape care tine putin. Asa este si cu tulburarea oamenilor, ea vine de-afară, dar este chemată de teama lor, însă teama vine prin necunoastere, iar necunoasterea prinde putere prin neadevăr, lene si trufie.
29. Soarbe cunoasterea de la cei cu barba albă si nerosită de vin si lasă vremea să o îmbrace cu întelepciune. Nu privi la trupul lor slăbit si gârbovit, căci toate acestea sunt plata lor pentru cunoasterea lucrurilor si cresterea întelepciunii.
30. Multumeste pământului pentru toate cele ce-ti oferă, multumeste cerului pentru ploaia care îti hrăneste pământul, multumeste soarelui pentru căldura si lumina casei tale si a pământului tău, multumeste lunii pentru linistea somnului tău, multumeste stelelor că veghează asupra somnului tău, multumeste muntelui pentru povetele si fierul ce-l iei din el, multumeste pădurii pentru tot ce iei de acolo, multumeste izvorului pentru apa ce-o bei, multumeste copacului pentru lucrările ce-ti arată, multumeste omului bun ce-ti aduce bucurie si zâmbet pe chip.
31. Precum iarba bună creste cu iarba rea, asa sunt si oamenii, dar tine seama că purtarea lor cea rea este semănată si crescută din teamă si neputinte, iar trufia este învelitoarea lor. Nu certa purtarea lor si nu căuta a-i îndrepta din vorbe si mustrare, căci apăsarea pe rană nu o vindecă. Oare iarba aceea este rea doar pentru că este amară pântecului tău ? Asa este si cu omul, de vei vrea să-l îndrepti, adu-i pentru început gândul si simtirea la ce este plăcut atât omului bun, cât si omului rău. Unul vede roata plecând, iar altul vede aceeasi roată venind.Cine vede mai bine ?
32. Doar cel înteleptit poate vedea limpezimea si linistea din mintea si sufletul celui tulburat, căci cel înteleptit a fost odată si el la fel ca si cel tulburat si roadele amare l-au făcut să tină seama de alcătuirea fiintei sale. A fugit de roadele sale amare în vârful muntelui si acolo nu ascăpat de ele, a fugit în mijlocul pădurii si iată că roadele erau cu el, apoi a privit în lăuntrul său si iată că roadele sale amare aveau rădăcini în mintea si simtirea poftelor sale.
33. Este o floare mai frumoasă ca cealaltă ? Este un izvor mai limpede decât altul ? Este un fir de iarbă mai presus de un altul ? Fiecare are tăria, frumusetea si priceperea lui. Este în firea lucrurilor ca pădurea să aibă felurite soiuri de copaci, de iarbă, de flori si dobitoace. Nu seamănă un deget cu altul de la aceeasi mână, dar este nevoie de toate pentru a bate fierul. Este mărul mai întelept decât prunul sau părul ? Este mâna stângă mai bună ca dreapta ? Altfel vede ochiul stâng de cel drept ? Cele de sus îsi au rostul lor si cele de jos îsi au rostul lor, cele mari îsi au rostul lor si cele mici îsi au rostul lor, cele repezi îsi au rostul lor si cele încete îsi au rostul lor, cele ce au fost si-au avut rostul lor si cele ce vin îsi vor avea rostul lor.
34. Neputinta vine după răutate si neadevăr, căci ceea ce dai aceea primesti, ceea ce semeni aceea culegi, dar ia seama că lumina sufletului tău si al celui de lângă tine are aceeasi vatră si rămâne fără umbră. Vezi ce tulbură necontenit izvoarele mintii si sufletului aproapelui tău. Adu-i linistea în suflet si limpezimea în minte si bătrânetile tale vor fi ca pomul copt, oasele si tăria ta nu vor slăbi si te vei întoarce de unde ai venit, sătul de căldura urmasilor tăi.
35. Întotdeauna va fi cineva dedesubtul tău si întotdeauna va fi cineva deasupra ta. La cele ce sunt dedesubtul tău să te uiti cu iubire si nu cu trufie căci acolo îti sunt rădăcinile, iar la cele ce sunt deasupra ta să te uiti cu privirea de prunc si fără teamă.
36. Cele tari, cele slabe si cele nevăzute sunt cele ce alcătuiesc lumea si toate acestea le găsesti în om si toate alcătuiesc un întreg. Nu este nimic care să fie afară si să nu fie si înăuntru. Ia seama la toate acestea când îti apleci privirea înăuntrul tău si vei găsi toată întelepciunea zeilor ascunsă în nevăzutul fiintei tale. Zeii au luat seama înaintea omului de această întelepciune si asta i-a adus mai aproape de Focul cel Viu si Vesnic.
37. Ia aminte că bătaia inimii, curgerea sângelui prin vine, vindecarea rănilor, frumusetea ochilor si minunătia alcătuirii trupului sunt făcute prin puterea si suflarea Focului cel Viu si Vesnic care este în fiecare si al cărui chip se arată în lumină. Dar nu uita că trupul este doar o fărâmă din putinul care se vede…
38. Curătenia trupului si desfătarea sa prin simturi te pune doar putin mai sus de dobitoace, căci nu un sunet plăcut te ridică, nici o duioasă atingere, nici un gust plăcut, nici o mireasmă îmbătătoare si nici o bucurie a ochilor. Căci unde este căldura, apare si frigul, unde este dulcele apare si amarul, unde este plăcutul apare si neplăcutul, unde este mireasma apare si duhoarea, iar unde este râs, si plânsul pândeste.
39. Iată dar calea de început : cumpătarea în toate cele ce faci, ascultarea de bătrâni si de cei întelepti, hărnicia, multumirea cu ceea ce ai, ferirea de neadevăr si de vorbele desarte, ferirea de ceartă si de mânie, buna purtare între semeni. Dimineata să te trezesti cu ele, ziua să le porti mereu în minte, seara să le ai cu tine în somn si astfel supărarea, lipsa, amărăciunea, neputinta, boala si răutatea altora nu se vor atinge de tine.
40. Dincolo de acestea se află iubirea, vointa, curajul, răbdarea, modestia si ele ridică omul cu adevărat. Acestea sunt cele ce te apropie de Focul cel Vesnic si, prin ele, calea ta urmează calea zeilor, dar îngroparea lor te aruncă mai jos de dobitoace. Doar prin ele primesti adevărata cunoastere si întelepciune, adevărata putere, adevărata bucurie, adevărata bogătie, rodnica si trainica lucrare.
41. Dar iată că unde este iubirea poate apărea si ura, unde este vointa poate apărea si delăsarea, unde este curajul poate apărea si frica, unde este răbdarea, poate apărea si graba si unde este modestia poate apărea si trufia. Căci miscătoare sunt si cele ce se văd si cele ce nu se văd din fiinta omului. Dar toate acestea sunt ale celui ce simte, iar peste el se află cel ce gândeste si acesta este cel ce vede miscarea în nemiscare, este cel care dincolo de toate aceste virtuti se desfată în cunoasterea si linistea ce întrece orice bucurie, iar atentia, echilibrul si limpezimea sunt uneltele sale.
42. Cel tulburat vede binele ca bine si răul ca rău, este atras de una si fuge de cealaltă, dar înteleptul vede si frumosul si urâtul, simte si frigul si căldura, si finetea si asprimea, aude si plăcutul si neplăcutul, gustă si dulcele si amarul, simte si mireasma si duhoarea si nu face judecată între ele. El vede deslusit că firea lucrurilor este în toate, căci frumosul din urât se trage si urâtul din frumos, dulcele a fost amar la început si se va face iarăsi amar, plăcutul se naste din neplăcut si neplăcutul din plăcut. Si toate acestea luminează sufletul înttleptului pentru că cele bune si plăcute hrănesc si bucură trupul si simturile sale, iar cele neplăcute neînteleptului hrănesc mintea si înielepciunea sa, căci vede înnoirea lucrurilor si semintele viitoarelor bucurii.
43. Nu este usoară cărarea zeilor, dar nu uita nici o clipă că omul poate cuprinde în iubirea sa mai mult decât poate cuprinde în ura sa, căldura se ridică mai mult decât poate coborî frigul, cel ce este deasupra vede mai multe decât cel ce este dedesupt, usorul se întinde mai mult decât se întinde greul, lumina răzbate mai mult decât poate răzbate întunericul, puterea care uneste este mai mare decât puterea care desparte.
44. Lungul si scurtul au acelasi mijloc; cercul mic si cercul mare, globul mic si globul mare pe acelasi punct se sprijină; nevăzutul si văzutul acelasi loc ocupă; toate cele mari stau ascunse în cele mici, iar aici este o mare taină a firii; mare printre întelepti este cel ce o pricepe.
45. Înteleptul uneste pe cel ce vede cu cel ce gândeste, cel ce simte cu cel ce face, dar neînteletul îi desparte. Deschide-ti bine ochii, căci cel ce face, cel ce simte si cel ce gândeste sunt asemeni norilor care vin si pleacă, dar cel ce vede prin ochii tăi este vesnic si lumina sa este fără umbră. El este dincolo de viată si moarte, dincolo de bine si rău, dincolo de frumos si urât, dincolo de curgerea timpului.
